Chocolate Pecan Tart Recipe:
Changes I made:
- I used only pecans...about 250g
- I used golden syrup instead of maple syrup
- I added more chocole - not sure how much but possibly about 200g or so of both milk and white chocolate. I think I should have used dark chocolate since the bitterness would have countered some of the sweetness of the surup.
- I suggest that you also bling bake with the weights for the full time. :)
